“As an outdoor writer, I field test a lot of new fishing products. Honestly, most with claims like MagnaBait rarely work as advertised. So at first, of course, I was naturally doubtful. But was I ever wrong! On our first trial, my partner and I simply submerged the unit near bottom, under a marker buoy, along a straight section of weedline. This was no fishing hot spot—just a regular drop off where fish occasionally pass. If MagnaBait was truly the fish magnet it was purported to be, this would be a great test of its powers.
First drift by the buoy, first drift-- BAM!, my partner and I hit a double-header of 3-pound bass. I’m thinking, ok, that was cool, but it had to be a fluke, right? We continue working down the shoreline at the same depth, and never caught another bass. We then turned the boat around and proceeded to cast jigs back into the MagnaBait™ area, within a roughly 30-foot radius of the unit. Again, first cast, no kidding, first cast, I get bit—another nice bass. While I’m releasing mine, my partner pops another one—same area! So this time, we stay put, and inside half an hour, boat six more nice largemouths and a couple decent northern pike. I look at my depthfinder, which now shows a multitude of “hooks”—those unmistakable fish marks, virtually surrounding the MagnaBait.
Finally, my partner and I look at each other, and just shake our heads and laugh. Both outdoor industry veterans, we’re always skeptical of new fishing technology. But at that point, we simply could not deny it—something good was happening down there. And MagnaBait was the only explanation for our sudden bass jackpot. I cannot wait to try this product in other situations and bodies of water! MagnaBait has the potential to be a huge technological angling breakthrough.”

"It's been nearly 2 weeks since I got my MagnaBait. I took it out on the lake and set it up just like the instructions stated to do. O MY GOD !!!!!, this thing can't be legal. I caught (and released) more bass than I have ever caught before in my life (in a single day). This was all done on the warmest first Saturday of the year, on a lake that had very heavy boat traffic. The most amazing thing however was that, out of all the folks that were fishing I was the only ONE catching. Sure some were getting two to three bluegills, but I saw no one else catching bass. Jeremy you returned my phone call and convinced me to give it a try. I am a sold customer and will not fish (other than catching bait) with out it."
......I had never fished that a fore mention 1200 lake, but caught all most 40 bass in five hours. As I sat there casting my lures, I thought about all the money I had wasted on fishing guides and were lucky to catch 20% of what I was catching with the MagnaBait.
